Front: All four corners show significant rounding and visible whitening of the card stock. Back: The corners on the reverse side mirror the heavy rounding and wear seen on the front.

Noticeable chipping and wear are present along the right edge and the top border.

A horizontal crease is visible across the center-bottom portion of the card, passing through the action photography.
