The card is in Good condition. While it retains its overall visual integrity, the presence of heavy staining on both sides, significant corner damage, and a severe centering shift on the front limits the final assessment.

The front is heavily shifted toward the left, leaving almost no white border on that side.

The corners on the reverse show heavy wear, particularly the corner corresponding to the damaged area on the front.
Edges: 3 / 10
Front: The Right edge exhibits heavy chipping and localized surface peeling near the bottom. Back: The Left edge shows significant chipping and discoloration matching the front damage.
Surface: 2 / 10
A prominent brown liquid stain is visible on the left side, accompanied by areas of surface paper loss.
