This 1957 Topps Ernie Oravetz is a very respectable vintage example. The grade is primarily determined by multiple corner touches and some minor edge roughness on the front. The centering is solid for the era, and the surface remains attractive despite minor print spots common to the 1957 production.

The front displays a slight shift toward the bottom and left edges, which is well within acceptable standards for a vintage issue.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Bottom Right and Top Left corners show moderate softening and minor touches of whitening. The other two corners remain relatively sharp. Back: The corners on the reverse show light touches and minor shelf wear consistent with the age of the card.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The Left edge shows some minor roughness and tiny chips in the card stock, while the other edges are quite clean. Back: The edges on the back show typical light wear but no major chipping or indentation.
Surface: 8 / 10
The surface is generally clean with some minor print 'snow' visible in the background areas, which is a common characteristic of this set.
