This is a high-eye-appeal vintage card that is held back from a higher grade primarily by its horizontal centering. The corners and edges are in excellent condition for the 1960 Fleer set, but the centering shift qualifies it for a mid-range grade.

The front displays a significant horizontal shift, with the left border appearing much wider than the right.
Corners: 9 / 10
Front: The corners are exceptionally sharp for a card of this era, with only the Top Left showing a microscopic touch of wear. Back: The back corners remain crisp and well-defined with no significant rounding or whitening.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are straight and clean, showing only very minor factory-related texture along the bottom edge. Back: All four edges on the reverse side are sharp and free of chipping.
Surface: 9 / 10
The back surface is clean with clear text, though there is a tiny singular print speck near the center stats.
