The overall condition is severely limited by a physical hole punched through the top center of the card. Additionally, heavy rounding on all corners and significant surface staining and toning on both sides result in a grade consistent with poor condition.

Centering: 10 / 10
The blank back appears symmetrically cut.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show heavy rounding and significant wear consistent with a well-handled vintage card. Back: The corners on the reverse exhibit the same heavy rounding and softness seen on the front.

Edges: 3 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate chipping and significant toning throughout. Back: The edges on the back show noticeable wear and age-related darkening.

Surface: 1 / 10
Front: A physical hole is punched through the top center of the card. The surface also shows significant age-toning and minor staining. Back: The reverse surface is impacted by the hole at the top and shows significant staining and paper loss near the upper edge.
