This 1960 rookie star card is in exceptional condition. It features strong centering and a very clean surface. The grade is primarily dictated by minor touches on the corner tips and slight edge roughness, which are typical for high-grade vintage survivors.

The front exhibits a slight horizontal bias toward the left, while vertical centering is quite strong.

Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for their age, with only the Bottom Left and Top Right showing microscopic touches of wear. Back: The back corners show light touches of whitening on the tips, which is expected for card stock of this era.

Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean and straight with very minor natural roughness along the Left edge. Back: The edges on the reverse appear well-preserved with no significant chipping or fraying visible.

Surface: 8 / 10
The front surface maintains great color and gloss, with only a few minor print dots common to 1960s production.
