This 1963 Topps Frank Howard displays high-end eye appeal with strong centering and clean edges. The grade is primarily limited by minor corner touches and moderate printing artifacts in the background fields, placing it in a premium Near Mint-Mint condition.

The front horizontal centering shows a mild preference toward the left, while vertical centering is nearly perfect.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: Minor touches of wear and slight whitening are visible on the Top Left and Top Right corners. The bottom corners remain sharp. Back: Slight whitening is present on the upper corners, consistent with the wear seen on the front.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges are clean with only minor roughness on the Left edge typical of vintage paper stock.
Surface: 8 / 10
The surface is smooth and free of creases, though it displays light 'snow' or printing artifacts in the blue background common to this set.
