Graded by Mint Condition: 4 This vintage checklist maintains impressive structural integrity and centering for its age; however, the presence of a prominent ink checkmark and significant surface foxing limits the overall grade. Centering: 9 / 10 The front has a slight top-heavy vertical shift, while horizontal alignment remains well-balanced. Corners: 8 / 10 Front: All four corners show minor touches of wear and slight softening, typical for a vintage checklist. Back: The corners on the reverse exhibit consistent light wear and minor whitening at the tips. Edges: 8 / 10 The edges on the back show light chipping, most notably along the right edge. Surface: 3 / 10 The surface features a prominent pen checkmark next to entry 444 and displays noticeable age-related foxing and spotting throughout the blue area.
