A FRED SCHULTE from the 1933 GOUDEY set, card #190. This is a great addition to any Washington Senators collection.
Graded by Mint Condition: 3
The final grade is primarily determined by significant surface damage on the front, including prominent paper loss over the player's face and a vertical crease. While the centering and edges show typical wear for a 1933 issue, the surface integrity is heavily compromised.
Centering: 3 / 10
The front has a significant shift toward the top edge, leaving a very thin border above the player's name.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and softening, particularly the Top Left and Bottom Right corners. Back: The corners on the reverse show rounding and minor paper loss consistent with the front.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: Moderate chipping and fraying are visible along all edges, with the Top edge showing the most wear. Back: The edges on the reverse show uniform shelf wear and minor chipping throughout.
Surface: 2 / 10
Significant paper loss and scuffing are present over the player's face. A vertical crease is also visible through the lower half of the portrait.
