This card presents in poor to fair condition. The primary factor is a heavy horizontal crease across the upper portion of the card. This major surface defect, combined with heavily rounded corners and a severe vertical centering shift, limits the overall grade.

The front shows a very pronounced shift toward the top, resulting in a significantly thinner top border compared to the bottom.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show heavy rounding and significant wear consistent with a well-handled vintage card. Back: The corners on the reverse side are all heavily rounded with visible softening of the card stock.
Edges: 2 / 10
Front: Significant wear and chipping are visible along all four edges, particularly along the bottom and left sides. Back: The edges on the back show rough cuts and noticeable chipping throughout.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A heavy, prominent crease runs horizontally through the player's hair at the top of the card. Additional scuffing and general surface wear are present. Back: The back surface shows significant age-related toning and a crease that corresponds to the damage seen on the front.
