This is a high-quality example of a vintage Gil Hodges card. It features strong eye appeal with vibrant colors and a very clean surface. The final grade is determined by the centering shift toward the right on the front, combined with some light corner wear that is consistent with a high-grade vintage designation.

The front displays a noticeable horizontal shift toward the right and a minor vertical shift toward the top.
Corners: 7 / 10
The Top Right and Bottom Right corners show minor touches of rounding and light whitening. The Left-side corners remain sharp.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean overall, with some minor traces of original factory rough-cutting visible on the right side. Back: All four edges on the back appear smooth and free of significant chipping or fraying.
Surface: 9 / 10
The front surface is clean with excellent color. Minor print snow is present in the darker areas of the photo, which is typical for 1960 Topps.
