This century-old silk is in remarkable condition. While the centering is slightly shifted and the corners show characteristic light fraying, the overall preservation of the fabric and the vibrancy of the print are excellent.

The printed design is positioned high and slightly to the right of center.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit minor fuzzing and light fraying of the silk threads, which is expected for this issue. Back: The corners on the reverse side show light fraying consistent with the front.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges show light, consistent fraying typical of textile collectibles of this age. Back: Edge wear is minor and appears uniform across both sides of the ribbon.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The woven surface is exceptionally well-preserved with vibrant colors and only very minor age-related toning. Back: The back surface is clean and free from significant stains or thread pulls.
