This vintage 1953 Hal Brown card is in overall good condition. While the surface has been remarkably well-preserved, the grade is limited by moderate corner rounding and a significant leftward shift in horizontal centering on the front.
Centering: 7 / 10
The front displays a noticeable left-heavy horizontal centering.
Corners: 5 / 10
Front: The corners show moderate rounding and softening, particularly at the Bottom Left. Minor whitening is present at all four tips. Back: Similar to the front, the corners on the reverse exhibit age-appropriate rounding and touches of wear.
Edges: 6 / 10
Front: Minor chipping and natural roughness are visible along the Top and Right edges, which is common for this vintage issue. Back: The edges show light wear and small nicks, most notably along the Top and Left edges.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally well-preserved for its age, featuring bold colors and no significant scratches or creases. Back: The back surface shows natural age-toning but remains very clean with no signs of writing or staining.
