This is an outstanding example of a 1959 vintage card. The grade is primarily determined by very minor corner wear on the top right and some light factory roughness along the top edge, both of which are common for the period.
Centering: 9 / 10
The front displays a slight shift toward the top and right edges, though it remains well within respectable limits for the issue.
Corners: 8 / 10
The Top Right corner shows a very minor touch of whitening. The remaining three corners are exceptionally sharp for a card of this age.
Edges: 8 / 10
The Top edge shows some minor factory roughness, which is typical for the era. The side edges are smooth and clean.
Surface: 9 / 10
The surface is bright with excellent color. A tiny, faint print speck is visible on the player's arm, but there are no creases or scratches.
