The final grade is primarily limited by severe surface damage in the form of multiple heavy creases spanning the card. While the centering is quite good for a vintage issue, the structural integrity is compromised by these creases and significant corner rounding.

The front is very well-balanced from left to right, with the top border appearing slightly thicker than the bottom.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit moderate to heavy rounding and significant whitening. Back: The corners on the back show similar levels of wear and rounding as seen on the front.
Edges: 5 / 10
The edges show visible chipping and wear, most notably along the left side and top edge.
Surface: 2 / 10
Several heavy horizontal creases are present, including one that crosses directly through the player's face.
