All four corners show noticeable whitening and blunting, most prominent on the Top Left corner near the card number.

Light chipping is visible along the Top and Bottom edges of the reverse side.

A prominent vertical crease runs through the right side of the card from top to bottom. There is also a small blemish visible in the Bottom Left area.
