This vintage card shows significant physical wear, primarily a heavy vertical crease and significant rounding on all four corners. These factors, combined with a severe vertical centering shift on the front, result in a grade of 2.

The vertical centering is heavily biased toward the top, while the horizontal centering remains well-balanced.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and visible wear, with white cardstock exposed at the tips. Back: The corners on the reverse side show heavy rounding and softening consistent with the front.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit consistent wear and moderate chipping, particularly noticeable along the right and bottom edges. Back: Noticeable toning and minor edge wear are present around the entire perimeter of the back.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: A prominent vertical crease runs through the right side of the card. The surface also shows expected age-related dulling. Back: The vertical crease is clearly visible on the reverse. Significant age-toning is present across the card stock.
