The grade is limited by several moderately rounded corners on the reverse and a light hairline crease on the left side of the back surface.

Front centering is vertically off-center, with the top border noticeably wider than the bottom border.
Corners: 2 / 10
Top Left, Top Right, and Bottom Left corners show noticeable rounding and wear.
Edges: 6 / 10
Edges show light wear and minor chipping consistent with the card stock's age.
Surface: 5 / 10
The reverse surface shows a light hairline crease on the left side and some minor staining.
