Front: Frequent chipping and fraying are present along all four edges, particularly along the Top and Bottom edges. Back: The edges on the back show moderate chipping and some age-related toning throughout.

Front: A horizontal crease is visible running through the center of the player's photo. The surface also shows general wear and some minor staining. Back: The central crease is visible on the reverse, accompanied by general surface discoloration and light stains.
