A HARRY DANNING from the 1939 PLAY BALL set, card #18. This is a great addition to any NEW YORK GIANTS collection.

While the surface of this vintage card has survived in excellent condition, the overall grade is heavily constrained by the severe jaggedness and irregular cut of the Top Right corner and Right edge. This physical irregularity, combined with the significant centering shift, places the card in the Very Good range.

Centering: 6 / 10
The front displays a heavy left-to-right shift, with the left border being much thinner than the right.

Corners: 2 / 10
Front: The Top Right corner is severely jagged and appears to have a significant material defect or rough factory cut. The other three corners show moderate rounding consistent with age. Back: The Top Left corner (back of the front's Top Right) shows the same jagged irregularity. The remaining corners show visible softening and whitening.

Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The Right edge is extremely rough and unevenly cut. Minor chipping and fraying are visible along the Top and Left edges. Back: The Left edge shows significant roughness corresponding to the front's cut. General wear is present along all border perimeters.

Surface: 8 / 10
The surface is remarkably clean for a vintage issue, with only minor age-toning and no major creases or scratches visible.
