While the card exhibits outstanding corners and edges for its age, the final grade is primarily limited by a light vertical crease running down the center of the front and a light horizontal crease on the reverse.

Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The top corners show trace microscopic wear at the tips, while the bottom corners remain exceptionally sharp for a vintage card. Back: All four corners are remarkably well-preserved with only trace micro-wear visible under close inspection.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with only minor factory rough-cutting visible along the right edge. Back: The reverse edges show typical light vintage chipping and minor card stock toning.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: A light vertical crease runs down the center of the card face, accompanied by a few faint surface scratches in the dark circular background. Back: A light horizontal crease is visible on the right side of the reverse, along with a small, minor print spot near the upper portion.
