A HERM WEHMEIER from the 1955 TOPPS set, card #29. This is a great addition to any PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 4 While the card is exceptionally well-centered, the overall grade is limited by moderate rounding on all corners and significant surface spotting on the reverse side. Centering: 9 / 10 Front: The front borders are very well-aligned, showing almost perfect balance between the top and bottom. Back: The reverse side is slightly shifted toward the top left but remains well within acceptable standards. Corners: 4 / 10 Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and visible whitening consistent with heavy handling. Back: The corners on the back show similar softening and wear to the front, with some minor paper loss at the tips. Edges: 6 / 10 Front: The edges show light chipping and general roughness, particularly along the top and bottom borders. Back: Minor fraying and small indentations are visible along the perimeter of the reverse side. Surface: 4 / 10 Front: The surface shows mild age-related toning and small print defects within the blue background.
