The grade is primarily limited by the front surface, which shows a light scratch on the lower-left sleeve area and a faint spot near the left margin. The corners, edges, and centering are otherwise in outstanding condition for a vintage 1969 issue.

Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.
Corners: 8 / 10
All four corners are impressively sharp for a vintage issue, with only microscopic wear at the tips of the Bottom Left and Top Right corners.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The front edges are sharp and clean, exhibiting only minor factory paper-cut roughness along the right side. Back: The reverse edges are crisp and straight, with very minimal wear.
Surface: 6 / 10
The front surface shows a light scratch near the lower-left corner on the player's sleeve and a very faint, minor stain on the middle-left area.
