Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This 1969 Topps Jerry Adair is a very high-eye-appeal specimen held back primarily by visible chipping along the front left edge. The corners and surface are in exceptional condition for the era, and the centering is strong. Centering: 9 / 10 The horizontal centering is slightly off toward the right, but well within high-grade standards. Vertical alignment is excellent. Corners: 9 / 10 Front: All four corners are remarkably sharp for a vintage card. Only a microscopic touch of wear is visible on the Bottom Right corner. Back: The corners on the reverse are sharp and consistent with the front condition. Edges: 6 / 10 The Left edge shows a series of small chips and minor paper loss. The Top and Right edges remain clean. Surface: 10 / 10 Front: The front surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects.
