A JIM BROSNAN from the 1955 BOWMAN set, card #229. This is a great addition to any CHICAGO CUBS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 2 This card is graded as a 2 primarily due to the heavy rounding and wear present on all four corners. Additionally, the significant chipping along the fragile woodgrain edges and the pronounced top-heavy centering contribute to the final assessment. Centering: 6 / 10 The front is significantly shifted toward the top edge, with the bottom border appearing much thicker. There is also a moderate shift toward the right. Corners: 2 / 10 All four corners show significant rounding and wear. The Bottom Left corner is particularly worn with visible paper loss and fraying. Edges: 3 / 10 The delicate woodgrain borders show heavy chipping and small nicks along all four edges, most prominently on the Top and Left edges. Surface: 4 / 10 The surface shows numerous light scuffs and small scratches, primarily within the woodgrain border area.
