While the corners and edges show very respectable preservation for a 1959 issue, the significant shift toward the top left on the front restricts the final grade to the Near Mint range. Centering: 7 / 10 The front displays a heavy shift toward the top left corner. Corners: 7 / 10 Front: All four corners show minor softening and light touches of wear consistent with age. Back: Moderate rounding is visible on the Top Left and Bottom Left corners. Edges: 8 / 10 The edges are remarkably clean, with only very minor fraying visible along the Top edge.
