A AL SCHROLL from the 1955 BOWMAN set, card #319. This is a great addition to any Boston Red Sox collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 2 The condition of this vintage card is primarily dictated by a severe vertical crease running the full height of the card. This structural defect, combined with major rounding on all four corners and heavy edge wear, results in a grade at the lower end of the scale. Centering: 9 / 10 Front: The front centering is quite good, with only a slight favor toward the left and top edges. Back: The back is heavily off-center toward the top border. Corners: 2 / 10 Front: All four corners show significant rounding and heavy whitening, with the Top Right and Bottom Left showing the most advanced wear. Back: The reverse corners mirror the heavy rounding seen on the front, including some minor surface loss on the Top Left corner. Edges: 4 / 10 Front: The edges show moderate chipping and wear throughout, with a noticeable indentation on the bottom edge. Back: Chipping and light fraying are visible along all four borders on the reverse. Surface: 2 / 10 Front: A severe vertical crease runs through the center of the card, crossing the player's face. General surface wear and light staining are also present. Back: The central crease is clearly visible on the back, accompanied by age-related toning and minor soiling.
