A JIM PERRY from the 1962 TOPPS set, card #37. This is a great addition to any CLEVELAND INDIANS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 8 This is an exceptional example of a 1962 wood-grain card. It exhibits near-perfect centering and a very clean surface. The grade is slightly limited by a minor touch on the Top Left corner and typical factory edge roughness, but it remains in Mint condition. Centering: 9 / 10 The front displays near-perfect centering, with a very slight shift toward the left edge. Corners: 8 / 10 Front: The Top Left corner shows a tiny touch of whitening. The remaining three corners are exceptionally sharp and well-defined. Back: Minor touches of wear are visible on the corners of the reverse side, consistent with the age of the card stock. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: The top edge shows a hint of natural factory roughness, while the other edges are smooth and clean. Back: The edges on the reverse are well-preserved with only minor chipping visible under magnification. Surface: 10 / 10 Front: The front surface is bright and clean, free of any visible scratches, creases, or print defects.
