A AL SMITH from the 1957 TOPPS set, card #145. This is a great addition to any CLEVELAND INDIANS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This is an exceptionally well-preserved vintage card. The grade is primarily limited by the moderate left-to-right centering shift and minor touches of wear on the corner tips. Centering: 7 / 10 The centering is slightly biased toward the left edge but remains within acceptable limits for a high-grade vintage specimen. Corners: 8 / 10 Front: The corners show very minor touches of wear at the extreme tips, typical for a card of this era. Back: All four corners on the reverse exhibit slight softening consistent with the front. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: The edges are generally smooth with only faint signs of micro-chipping visible along the right side. Back: The back edges are clean and well-defined for a 1950s issue. Surface: 10 / 10 Front: The front surface is excellent, retaining vibrant color and showing no visible scratches or creases. Back: The reverse is clean with no signs of wax staining or surface marks.
