A JIM SMALL from the 1956 TOPPS set, card #207. This is a great addition to any DETROIT TIGERS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This card is in excellent condition for a 1956 issue. The minor corner wear and slight vertical centering shift are the primary factors preventing a higher grade, but it retains high-end eye appeal and a very clean surface. Centering: 7 / 10 The left border is slightly wider than the right, and the top border is significantly thicker than the bottom. Corners: 8 / 10 Front: The top corners show minor signs of softening and micro-fuzz. The bottom corners are remarkably sharp for a card of this age. Back: Minor touches of whitening are visible on the corners, consistent with typical shelf wear. Edges: 9 / 10 Front: The edges are clean and straight with no significant chipping or visible wear. Back: The edges on the reverse side are well-preserved and show minimal signs of handling. Surface: 8 / 10 The surface features vibrant colors and a clean image.
