While the corners and edges are in exceptional condition for a vintage 1964 issue, this manufacturing defect and the moderate vertical centering shift cap the final grade. Centering: 7 / 10 The top border is visibly thicker than the bottom, while horizontal centering is slightly favored to the left. Corners: 9 / 10 Front: The corners remain remarkably sharp for the era, with only a microscopic touch of wear visible on the Top Left corner. Back: The reverse corners are well-preserved, showing only faint signs of whitening at the tips. Edges: 8 / 10 The left edge exhibits a slightly rough factory cut and minor chipping, which is typical for vintage stock.
