This vintage card shows extensive wear reflective of its age. The technical grade is primarily limited by the heavy crease across the front surface and the significant material loss at the Top Right corner.

The front has a clear horizontal shift to the right and a slight vertical shift toward the top.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All corners show heavy rounding. There is significant material loss and damage at the Top Right corner. Back: The corners on the reverse show advanced wear and rounding consistent with the front.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The edges show heavy fraying throughout, with a notable notch or tear on the Right edge. Back: Heavy wear and chipping are visible along all four edges of the reverse.
Surface: 2 / 10
A heavy horizontal crease is visible across the upper portion of the card, passing through the subject's forehead.
