This card is in Poor condition due to major physical damage, specifically two puncture holes and a large diagonal crease. These structural defects, along with heavy corner rounding, define the final assessment regardless of centering.

Front: All four corners are heavily rounded, losing their original sharp edges due to significant long-term wear. Back: The reverse corners show uniform rounding and softening consistent with the front.
Edges: 1 / 10
Front: A prominent puncture hole is located at the top center edge, and all edges show heavy chipping and fraying. Back: The edges on the reverse exhibit heavy wear, with the puncture hole clearly visible at the top center.
Surface: 1 / 10
Front: The surface is marred by a large diagonal crease across the center and a second puncture hole near the bottom right. Back: General toning and age-related staining are present, alongside the two significant puncture holes.
