A LEO BURKE from the 1963 TOPPS set, card #249. This is a great addition to any LOS ANGELES ANGELS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 8 This is a high-end vintage card with impressive eye appeal. The grade is primarily dictated by minor touches on the corners and a horizontal centering shift on the front. Centering: 9 / 10 The front is shifted toward the right, resulting in a noticeably wider left border. Vertical alignment is excellent. Corners: 8 / 10 The corners are sharp for a vintage issue, though the Bottom Right and Top Left corners show very minor touches of wear upon close inspection. Edges: 9 / 10 Front: The edges are straight and clean, showing very little of the chipping often associated with 1963 card stock. Back: The back edges are crisp and demonstrate excellent factory-cut quality. Surface: 9 / 10 The surface maintains great color and gloss.
