This 1955 Bowman card is in solid mid-grade condition. The vibrant colors and clean surfaces provide great eye appeal, but the final grade is primarily determined by the moderate rounding present on all four corners. Centering is respectable for this vintage issue, keeping the card in a very presentable state.

The image is slightly shifted toward the top and left, resulting in borders that are slightly wider on the opposite edges.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners show moderate rounding and light whitening, which is typical for a mid-grade vintage card. Back: The corners on the reverse side display rounding and wear that match the condition of the front corners.
Edges: 7 / 10
Front: The edges show minor chipping and light agitation along the perimeter, but they remain relatively clean for the era. Back: Light fraying and minor edge wear are visible around the borders of the reverse side.
Surface: 8 / 10
Front: The surface presents vibrant color and high gloss with no significant scratches or creases visible. Back: The reverse displays light, uniform toning consistent with its age and is free of any ink marks or stains.
