A LOU LIMMER from the 1955 TOPPS set, card #54. This is a great addition to any KANSAS CITY ATHLETICS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This 1954 Topps card is in excellent condition. While minor touches on the upper corners and slight edge chipping on the reverse prevent a higher assessment, the centering and overall surface preservation are outstanding for a vintage mid-century issue. Centering: 9 / 10 The front displays strong centering with only a minor vertical shift toward the top. Corners: 7 / 10 Front: The Top Right and Top Left corners show very minor touches of whitening. The bottom corners remain remarkably sharp for the era. Back: Minor touches of wear are visible on the corners, consistent with the front side. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: The edges are clean overall, with only a small amount of light factory roughness along the bottom edge. Back: Very minor chipping is visible along the right edge, which is common for this set. Surface: 9 / 10 Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible creases. The signature is the standard printed facsimile included in the design. Back: The reverse side shows light, even toning appropriate for its age, but remains free of any major defects.
