A LUIS ALCARAZ from the 1969 TOPPS set, card #437. This is a great addition to any KANSAS CITY ROYALS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This card is a high-end example of a vintage issue. While the centering and surface are exceptional, minor touches of whitening on three corners and slight edge chipping limit the overall condition to a Near Mint grade. Centering: 9 / 10 The front display is very well-balanced with a minor left-to-right shift. Corners: 7 / 10 Front: Minor touches of whitening and slight micro-fuzz are visible on the Top Left, Bottom Left, and Bottom Right corners. Back: The corners on the reverse show similar minor touches of whitening consistent with the front. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: The side edges show very minor chipping and light roughness, which is expected for this era's card stock. Back: The top and bottom edges show light chipping and minor shelf wear. Surface: 9 / 10 Front: The surface is remarkably clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or creases. Back: The reverse is well-preserved with no signs of wax staining or surface damage.
