This vintage hockey card is in high-grade condition. While the vertical centering is shifted toward the top, the primary factor for the final grade is the minor touch of wear on the front top right corner. The surface and edges are exceptionally well-maintained for an issue of this era.
Centering: 7 / 10
Horizontal centering is nearly perfect, while the top border is noticeably thinner than the bottom border.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The Top Right corner shows a minor touch of wear. The remaining corners remain sharp and well-defined. Back: All four corners show very slight softening consistent with the age of the card stock.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are remarkably clean, with only a few microscopic instances of chipping visible on the top edge. Back: The edges on the reverse side are smooth and free of significant chipping or shelf wear.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally well-preserved with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The reverse surface is clean with typical light toning for a vintage issue, but no staining or marks.
