Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This 1955 Topps Mayo Smith is in impressive condition for its age. The primary factors limiting the grade are the minor touches and whitening on the top corners and the slight vertical centering shift on the front. Centering: 9 / 10 The horizontal centering is nearly perfect, while the top border is slightly thicker than the bottom. Corners: 7 / 10 Front: The Top Left and Top Right corners show minor touches and light whitening. The bottom corners remain sharp and well-defined. Back: Light touches are visible on the upper corners, consistent with the front, while the bottom corners are clean. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: The top edge exhibits very minor roughness typical of vintage card stock. The remaining edges are smooth. Back: All four edges are well-preserved with only faint signs of handling wear. Surface: 9 / 10 Front: The surface is exceptionally clean for a vintage card, featuring vibrant colors and no visible creases or major scratches.
