A MICKEY VERNON from the 1955 BOWMAN set, card #46. This is a great addition to any Washington Senators collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 4 The final grade is primarily limited by the moderate rounding on all four corners and the significant centering shift on the front. While the card retains nice eye appeal and solid color for its age, the physical wear on the corners and edges keeps it in a mid-grade range. Centering: 6 / 10 Front: The centering on the front is notably off-center, favoring the left and bottom edges significantly. Back: The back is also misaligned, with the text block shifted toward the top and left corners. Corners: 3 / 10 Front: All four corners exhibit moderate rounding and noticeable whitening, typical for a circulated vintage card. Back: The corners on the reverse side mirror the wear seen on the front, with clear rounding and loss of sharpness. Edges: 5 / 10 Front: The edges show light to moderate chipping and fraying, particularly along the bottom and right sides. Back: The reverse edges show typical age-related toning and minor chipping throughout. Surface: 6 / 10 The back shows natural yellowing and a few tiny stains, but the text remains bold and legible.
