The grade is primarily constrained by the light horizontal surface scratch in the bottom right dark background and a small dark print stain on the upper left front. While the edges and corners are remarkably well-preserved for a vintage issue, these front surface flaws limit the overall condition score.

Front: Top Right corner shows the heaviest wear with a tiny touch of softening. Back: Bottom Right corner shows minor softening at the tip.

Front: Right edge shows a slightly rough texture from the original factory cut. Back: All four edges are remarkably clean and well-defined on the reverse.
Surface: 5 / 10
Bottom Right area exhibits a light horizontal scratch, and a minor dark print spot is visible in the top left blue sky.
