The final grade is restricted by two major factors: the significant corner damage and paper loss at the Top Left, and the extensive writing across the checklist on both the front and back surfaces.
Centering: 6 / 10
The vertical centering is noticeably off-center toward the top, while the horizontal centering is quite strong.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: The Top Left corner has sustained significant damage, including a piece of missing paper and heavy rounding. The other three corners show light wear consistent with age. Back: The damage on the front corner is visible from the back as well. Moderate rounding is present on the remaining corners.
Edges: 6 / 10
Front: The edges show typical vintage roughness and light chipping, particularly visible along the left side. Back: Light chipping and shelf wear are visible along all four edges on the reverse.
Surface: 3 / 10
Front: The surface has been heavily marked with ink or pencil in the checklist boxes. There is also general surface wear present. Back: Significant writing is present on the back as the checklist is nearly entirely filled out. The card stock shows natural age-related toning.
