A RED SCHOENDIENST from the 1957 TOPPS set, card #154. This is a great addition to any NEW YORK GIANTS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 5 This card presents very well due to its exceptional centering, which is uncommon for the 1957 Topps set. However, the final grade is determined by the visible rounding on the corners and the rough-cut edges typical of vintage stock. Centering: 9 / 10 Front: The front display is excellently centered with balanced white borders surrounding the image. Back: The reverse shows a moderate shift toward the top edge, which is typical for this set. Corners: 4 / 10 Front: The Top Left and Bottom Left corners show noticeable rounding and softness. The right-side corners exhibit minor touches of wear. Back: Rounding is visible on the corners, consistent with the wear seen on the front of the card. Edges: 6 / 10 Front: The edges show a characteristic rough factory cut with minor chipping visible along the Top and Bottom edges. Back: Minor chipping and light shelf wear are present along the perimeter. Surface: 8 / 10 The surface is clean and retains good color.
