The grade is primarily limited by a light, hair-thin scratch in the blue background above the helmet on the front. Additionally, the card exhibits moderate centering shifts on the reverse.

Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.

Front: All four corners are exceptionally sharp for a vintage card, displaying only microscopic touches of wear on close inspection. Back: The reverse corners are very clean and sharp with only tiny hints of wear.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with slight factory rough cut visible along the right side. Back: The reverse edges are extremely clean and free of chipping.
Surface: 6 / 10
The front surface is bright with strong gloss, but exhibits a thin scratch above the player's helmet.
