The grade is primarily limited by a moderate gray smudge or stain on the reverse surface inside the Topps logo circle. Aside from this defect and a moderate top-heavy centering shift on the back, the card remains in spectacular condition with exceptionally sharp corners and clean edges.

Front: Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected. Back: Back borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.
Corners: 4 / 10
All four corners are remarkably sharp for a vintage issue, with only the Top Left corner showing microscopic fiber softening at the very tip.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: All four edges are exceptionally clean with no visible chipping or wear. Back: The edges on the reverse are well-preserved and show virtually no signs of chipping.
Surface: 5 / 10
The reverse surface is clean overall, but shows a moderate gray smudge or stain inside the top-left Topps logo circle.
