The card is limited to a grade of 6 due to a light diagonal hairline scratch on the upper front surface, as well as a light stain on the reverse near the statistics table. The corners and edges are otherwise in outstanding condition for a vintage 1969 issue.

Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.

The reverse corners are well-preserved with a tiny touch of minor softening visible under magnification.
Edges: 8 / 10
The reverse edges show a typical factory rough cut with very minor chipping along the top edge.
Surface: 6 / 10
Front: A light diagonal hairline scratch is visible on the upper portion of the card, running from the helmet into the blue sky background. Back: The reverse surface is clean overall with a very faint, light stain near the middle-left area of the stats column.
