This beautiful vintage card is limited to a Near Mint grade primarily by a small minor stain on the reverse center surface and a very light surface scuff in the front left background. The corners and edges are exceptionally well-preserved for a 1960 issue.

Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.

The reverse corners are incredibly well-preserved, exhibiting only a tiny touch of minor softening at the tips.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: Edges are clean and straight, displaying only the typical light factory roughness of the era. Back: The reverse edges present beautifully with minimal chipping along the borders.
Surface: 7 / 10
Front: The front surface features excellent color and gloss, with a very light surface scuff visible in the left blue background. Back: The reverse surface is clear and readable, showing a small, minor stain near the center cartoon text.
