This 1910-era tobacco silk presents in solid condition for its age and material type. While it boasts excellent centering and vibrant embroidery, the final grade is primarily limited by the characteristic fraying at the edges and corners.

Front: The design is centered excellently on the silk material. Back: The alignment on the reverse is consistent and shows no significant shift.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit significant fraying and loose silk fibers, which is common for these delicate premiums. Back: The corners on the reverse show matching levels of fraying and thread separation.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate fraying throughout, with the most noticeable wear along the right and bottom edges. Back: Loose threads are visible along the entire perimeter of the fabric swatch.
Surface: 6 / 10
Front: The surface displays minor age-toning and a slight patch of discoloration in the center area. Back: The reverse shows typical loose embroidery threads and very light surface staining.
