Graded by Mint Condition: 4 The card is in well-loved condition, primarily limited by prominent pen marks across the checklist on the back. Significant rounding of all four corners and a sharp vertical centering shift on the front further define the grade. Centering: 6 / 10 The front displays a pronounced vertical shift towards the top edge, creating a very narrow top border. Corners: 4 / 10 Front: All four corners show moderate to heavy rounding consistent with handled vintage stock. The Bottom Right corner shows the most significant wear. Back: The reverse corners mirror the front, with uniform rounding and visible whitening at the tips. Edges: 5 / 10 Front: The edges show minor chipping and shelf wear, particularly along the right side and top edge. Back: Moderate chipping is visible along the side edges, which is common for this era of card stock. Surface: 3 / 10 The back surface has been heavily marked with pen, with multiple checklist boxes crossed out, significantly affecting the surface condition.
