A TEAM CARD from the 1962 TOPPS set, card #251. This is a great addition to any NEW YORK YANKEES collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 3 This vintage card presents well with exceptional centering, but the grade is limited by significant rounding on all four corners and a light surface crease on the front. Centering: 9 / 10 Front: The centering is quite balanced, with a very slight lean toward the left and bottom edges. Back: The back centering is excellent and nearly perfectly centered vertically. Corners: 3 / 10 Front: All four corners show significant rounding and visible whitening of the card stock. Back: The corners on the reverse side mirror the front, with moderate softening and rounding throughout. Edges: 5 / 10 Front: Minor chipping and wear are visible along the wood-grain borders, particularly on the Top and Right edges. Back: Light fraying and chipping are present along all four edges of the back. Surface: 4 / 10 A light surface crease is visible running through the left side of the team photograph.
